Return & Exchange Request Period

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after 72 hours may not be accepted.

To request a return or exchange, please email gulerukh2026@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs or videos where required.

Wrong Product Received

If we accidentally send you a product different from the one you ordered, we will arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be returned in its original condition:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Original tags attached
• Original packaging intact
• Free from stains, odors, perfume, or other marks
• Free from any damage caused after delivery

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it.

If the return is approved, we will arrange the correct product to be sent to you.

If the correct product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent value or store credit.

If the wrong product was sent due to an error on our part, the applicable return and replacement shipping charges will be covered by Gul e Rukh.

Damaged or Defective Product

Although we carefully inspect products before dispatch, damage may occasionally occur during transportation.

For your protection, we strongly recommend recording a clear video while opening your parcel.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order.

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Unboxing video, if available
• Photographs of the shipping package and outer packaging

After reviewing the evidence, we will determine whether the product qualifies for a return or exchange.

If approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable.

A claim may be rejected if the product has been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise used.

Wrong Size or Product Selected by Customer

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, design, and product before placing an order.

Please carefully review the product description and size chart before purchasing.

If you receive the correct product but selected the wrong size, color, or design, an exchange may be requested within 72 hours of receiving the order, subject to product availability.

The product must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free from stains, odors, perfume, or other marks
• Returned with original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
• In resalable condition

Return shipping charges and any applicable reshipping charges for customer-requested exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

An exchange will only be processed after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

Change of Mind / Voluntary Return

If you change your mind about your purchase, decide that you no longer want the product, or the product is not what you expected, voluntary returns or exchanges may be considered within 72 hours, subject to our approval.

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.

It must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free from stains or odors
• Free from perfume or other marks
• With original tags attached
• With original packaging intact

Products showing any signs of use, washing, alteration, damage, or wear will not be accepted.

Any applicable return shipping and reshipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased during a sale, promotional campaign, special offer, or using a discount coupon may be subject to different return and exchange conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, sale or heavily discounted products may be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Please review the applicable terms of the promotion before placing your order.

Customized or Altered Products

Customized, personalized, stitched, or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the issue is caused by an error on the part of Gul e Rukh.

This includes products modified according to customer instructions, such as changes to measurements, length, stitching, or other specifications.

Please ensure that all customization details are correct before confirming your order.

Gifts and Complimentary Items

If a free gift, complimentary item, or promotional item was included with an order, it must be returned along with the applicable product if the return of that order or product is approved.

Failure to return a promotional gift where required may result in its applicable value being deducted from any refund or store credit.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at gulerukh2026@gmail.com.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return or exchange policy will apply.

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of parcels may affect eligibility for future Cash on Delivery orders.

Unclaimed or Refused Orders

If an order is returned to Gul e Rukh because the customer:

• Refuses to accept the parcel
• Is unavailable to receive the parcel
• Provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Does not respond to the courier
• Fails to collect the parcel

the customer may be responsible for applicable delivery and return shipping charges.

Any refund, store credit, or re-dispatch will be subject to the circumstances and approval by Gul e Rukh.

Return Inspection

All returned products are inspected by our team before an exchange, return, refund, or store credit is approved.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received.

We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if the product has:

• Been worn
• Been washed
• Been altered
• Been stained
• Been damaged
• Missing original tags
• Missing original packaging
• Signs of use or handling

The final eligibility of a return or exchange will be determined after inspection.

Refunds & Store Credit

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the applicable payment method and our refund procedures.

Depending on the circumstances, Gul e Rukh may provide an exchange or store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Original delivery or shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product caused by Gul e Rukh.
